GANDHI JAYANTI 2020

        Gandhi Jayanti is an event celebrated in India to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. It is celebrated annually on 2 October, and it is one of the three national holidays of India. The UN General Assembly announced on 15 June 2007 that it adopted a resolution which declared that 2 October will be celebrated as the International Day of Non-Violence.

 

    The following competition is being organised by Kendriya Vidyalaya Bacheli on occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Gandhi Ji. Details of competition are as under :-

एनएमडीसी बचेली द्वारा राजभाषा हिंदी पर ऑनलाइन पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता

        दिनांक 12 सितम्बर 2020 को एनएमडीसी बचेली द्वारा बचेली स्थित विद्यालयों के कक्षा 6 वीं से 8 वीं तक के छात्र छात्राओं हेतु राजभाषा हिंदी पर ऑनलाइन पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया था l केन्द्रीय विद्यालय बचेली के पुरस्कार विजेता इस प्रकार हैं :-

 SHIKSHAK PARV - ONLINE QUIZ ON NEP 2020

        As a part of  'Shikshak Parv' celebration, an online quiz competition on National Education Policy, 2020 will be organized by the Ministry of Education with partnership of MyGov team from 05 Sep 2020 to 25 Sep 2020 in order to create awareness among all stakeholders including Students, Teachers, Parents and General public.

Terms and conditions 

1.    The Quiz will be in bilingual formate i.e English and Hindi.

2.    Duration of Quiz will be 5 min ( 300 seconds during which maximum 20 Questions can be answered).

3.    There will be no negative marking for the incorrect answers.

4.    Only Indian citizen aged 14 and above can participate in the Quiz.

5.    All individual can participate only once in the quiz.

6.    The criteria for selecting successful winners will be " Maximum right answers in the shortest time".

7.    Any individual who desires to participate in the Quiz will be required to provide his/her name, date of birth, correspondence address, email address and mobile number.

8.   The same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the Quiz.

9.    There will be no negative marking for the incorrect answers.

10.    Certificates will be issued to the top 10 participants.

GREEN OLYMPIAD 2020 - ONLINE EXAMINATION

                      GREEN OLYMPIAD 2020 - ONLINE EXAMINATION

            The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in association with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is conducting " Green Olympiad" in online mode this year due to COVID - 19 pandemic. The examination is being conducted " online" so that students can participate from anywhere at their convenience.

Schedule of online examination 

26 Nov 2020 to 17 Dec 2020  (09:00 am to 06:00 pm)

Levels of Green Olympiad 

This year Green Olympiad open for students of Class IV to XII and divided into 4 levels.

(a)    Level 1 - Class IV to Class V

(b)    Level 2 - Class VI to Class VIII

(c)    Level 3 - Class IX to Class X

(d)    Level 4 -  Class XI to Class XII

Certificate

All participants will receive certificates based on their performance.

Registration 

Registration can be made ' Online' through the website : https://www.teriin.org/olympiad/registration/ . The last date for registration is 30 Sep 2020. Registration is mandatory for participation.
